What to know about Applying for a Rental Property

Completing your application on our new online system will ensure faster processing times and guarantee that your Application is seen by the Landlord as soon as possible.

Applications take approximately 48 hours to process however, if you do not supply the minimum information (as required) your application may be delayed and the property may be let to another applicant.

Important Information About Renting

• We do not accept Bond Transfers 
• All Bond Monies are to be paid direct to the Rental Bond Board
• All Monies are to be paid/received on/or before the day of Signing the Lease Agreement.
• No Keys for the Property will be issued unless ALL monies have been paid/received.
• All future Rental Payments are to be made by BPAY (DEFT) or Centrepay. Please note we are a cashless office.
• All Applications for Tenancy are referred to the “TENANCY INFORMATION CENTRE OF AUSTRALASIA” (TICA) and anyone listed on TICA for any reason will be refused through our office for all and any future properties.

Maintenance Procedure

To ensure no maintenance goes unattended to, we require all maintenance requests to be
submitted in writing: 

OPTION 1: Click below & complete the Maintenance Request Form                

OPTION 2: Send an email with photos to maintenance@ljhtaree.com.au

OPTION 3: Come to our office and complete a maintenance request form

Please ensure you include as much detail as possible to ensure the appropriate action is taken.

URGENT MAINTENANCE:

If your maintenance is urgent, please call our office on 02 6552 1133, after hours calls will be diverted to a manager.

If unattended please leave a detailed message of the concern AND send through an SMS to 0427 539 991.
