I write to you to say a HUGE thank you for all your efforts last year dealing with our last tenants and then the insurance guy - not sure who of those 2 was more recalcitrant. I actually had very low expectations about how much we could get out of the insurance, and the outcome way exceeded those expectations - which is entirely down to you and all your efforts on my behalf. I really can't thank you enough. I can honestly say that I would not have held on to our Taree property if it hadn't been for your outstanding management over the past five years - however I actually have never contemplated selling with you at the helm :)
